Professor Quan is a Philosophy professor at Southwestern College, Chula Vista, California.  He is a great professor for many students who are pursuing their degrees in various occupational fields at Southwestern College.  He is always available to meet his student's needs during office hours.

Dr. Arman L. Demesa is dedicated to teaching and learning. This is the reason why he pursued his studies in education.  He wants to make a difference on the lives of many students and teachers who need to engage their practice in technology.  He is truly passionate when it comes to new technology and very much interested in innovation or thinking for changes so the future generation can benefit from his labor. Recently, he joined Southern Illinois Universtiy-Carbondale and became an Assistant Visiting Professor at San Diego for off-campus Workforce Education Degree Program being taught on weekends. WED is an accelerated degree program designed for full-time working adults to obtain their degree the shortest time possible usually within a year if the student has an Associate Degree.
